About
I’m a passionate learning leader with a mission: to build bold, human-centered programs that empower people, drive performance, and create meaningful change. With over a decade of experience designing leadership development, eLearning, and organizational training across industries—from education to advanced manufacturing—I’ve led high-impact programs that blend data, creativity, and empathy. My career began in the classroom, where I built curriculum from the ground up, mentored educators, and drove district-wide learning initiatives. That foundation launched me into corporate learning, where I now lead cross-functional teams, manage global training projects, and use Agile and data-informed strategies to deliver measurable results. Whether I’m streamlining training with AI, partnering with executives on development strategy, or facilitating immersive learning experiences, my focus is the same: developing people to their fullest potential. I’m especially passionate about championing women in the workplace and serve as an active member of Women in Manufacturing and ATD. I thrive at the intersection of innovation, leadership, and impact—and I’m always ready for the next challenge. Let’s connect if you're building the future of learning, developing leaders, or transforming organizational culture. I’m here for it.
