1.Sourcing for the new product development -Work with PM to clarify the product spec., sourcing the vendors, vendor comparison, factory visit, sample evaluation, identity qualified vendors base on the cost& quality& delivery& service, UL/ES/DLC/FCC follow up, till first order shipped out. -Work with QC, PM, Engineer team to do new vendor lead-in: production evaluation, factory audit, vendor agreement negotiation, engineer documents support. 2. Sourcing for the old product replacement 3. Marketing information collection and new product Self recommendation 4. Supplier management: -Leveraged existing and future business at suppliers to insure favorable price and delivery terms -Work with supply chain to insure regular cost reductions and increased performance, new generation updating during the product life cycle -Work with quality control team to handle the defective Twice a year and the engineer change request follow up. -Work with supply chain to support vendor to shorten the lead time -Vendor monthly meeting for roughly vendor evaluation

Description: Shanghai Liting Resource LTD is working in the lighting and home decorate business, from the early design, buying, sampling, production, shipping to after services. Major customers are the worldwide super-market such as Wal-mart, ASDA, LOWES, K-mart etc.My job includes: 1) Execute the team sales budget; 2) In charge of the new season and new products development: knowing the needs of customers including the detail of product spec, price, packing, testing; using and developing supplier source; contacting with supplier to follow up the sampling schedule from sourcing, developing to sample approval, to ensure the project on schedule; 3) Maintain and manage current customers: promote the sales amount, coordinate and balance the profit between customer and supplier, to make win-win –win business, including normal order process, controlling the buying cost, order following, shipping, emergency handling etc.; 4) Arrange and control the shipping plan: Confirming the shipping list and date, booking, container loading, preparing custom declares documents, B/L approving, tax refunding etc; 5）Handle payment issues both for customer and supplier.
