Shadowed the Strength and Conditioning Coaches of the Carolina Panthers for a one-day clinic. Observed coaches put rookies through a series of warm ups and conditioning drills. The Head Strength Coach then instructed on the appropriate way to teach the athletes the correct running and lifting techniques.

Completed 400 interning hours with the head Strength and Conditioning coach at OrthoCarolina Sports Performance. Got hands on experience with athletes at all performance levels. Assisted with proper warm ups, motivated athletes through speed and agility drills, helped critique athletes on proper running and weight lifting mechanics, and provided nutritional advice.

Spent two weeks shadowing the Strength and Conditioning Coaches at NC State University. Aided in training the freshman of the women’s soccer team. Was responsible for ensuring athletes were taught the appropriate form while performing Olympic lifts and made adequate times during conditioning drills. Total of 58 shadowing hours

Shadowed 84 hours with the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men’s Basketball Team. Helped critique the athletes on form while performing Olympic lifts, provided a thorough warm up, and was responsible for making sure athletes remained on the correct weight regimen

I provide excellent customer service to all clients that check into the ED Department working to ensure demographic information is up to date and answering any questions or concerns that patients may have with registration and insurance.
