Jennifer Heady

I’m an operations leader focused on building clear, scalable systems that support both compliance and the people doing the work. Over the past four and a half years in the cannabis industry with Holistic Industries,, I’ve worked across multiple facilities and states, leading post-harvest, production, fulfillment, and inventory operations. Much of my work has involved stepping into complex or inconsistent environments, stabilizing day-to-day execution, and then building standardized processes that improve accuracy, throughput, and team clarity. I’ve led cross-functional initiatives with cultivation, production, compliance, IT, and sales teams to solve inventory challenges, implement new systems, and align operational workflows across departments. My approach is practical and people-centered: understand how the work is really happening, fix the points of friction, and build processes that are consistent, compliant, and sustainable. My leadership philosophy is simple: my role is to listen, learn, and build systems that honor the people doing the work. Operations and culture are the container that allow strategy to succeed without burning out teams or sacrificing integrity.
