As a paralegal intern, I prepared and completed real estate documents for sales, purchases and refinancing’s. Managed purchase agreements, deeds, affidavits, power of attorney, closing authorizations, residency and foreign persons forms, letters to county clerk’s office and title agencies. Drafted correspondence letters to attorneys, clients or other pertinent agencies. Prepared client files and sent out appropriate letters and documentation via mail, email or fax. Managed front office responsibilities including answering the phone, taking messages and coordinating schedules.
