My responsibilities included: Giving adequate and correct information about procedures regarding visa and legalisations Ensuring a high level of quality and service towards CIBT clients.

* Steigenberger Kurhaus Hotel (part of the Steigenberger Hotel Group) is a 5 star Grand Hotel in a historical ambience located in Scheveningen, The Netherlands. It holds 253 Hotel Rooms and has numerous meeting rooms (For groups as small as 10 to as large as 2000 people) * My responsibilities included: * Checking in and out of guests, providing services to special requests and administration at Reception. * Night Audit * Supported Accounting deparment with their goals and objectives * Kept track of Upsells and staff incentives within the Front Office Department * Training and coaching of new employees * Supervised the Front Office team, coached and trained them to meet the hotel standards and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) * Created / adjusted SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) * First Aid shifts

* Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel (part of Starwood Hotels & Resort Worldwide, Inc.) is a 4 star airport hotel connected to Schiphol International Airport in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. * It holds 406 hotel rooms and 29 meeting rooms (that can hold up to a capacity of 1000 people) * My responsibilities included: * Checking in and out of guests, providing services to special requests and administration at Reception, Business Center and Club Lounge * Unicef Ambassador of the Hotel * Front Office and Up-selling Training and Coaching of new employees * Conducting Interviews to recruit new employees in the Front Office department

* Duxton Hotel Perth is a 5 star hotel located in the city center of Perth, Australia. It holds 306 hotel rooms and has conference and meeting rooms. * My responsibilities included: * Checking in and out of guests, providing services to special requests and administration work at Reception and Reservations * Established a Work-Based project as part of my International Bachelor Degree

* Renswoudehuis was an international boarding house for expat children situated in The Hague. * The children were between the age of 13 and 18 years old, who's parents lived and worked abroad (Most parents worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shell and other multinational companies). During these months I lived at the residence. * My responsibilities included: * Organising activities during the weekends with the children * Assisting with their homework and general care for the children during the week and during the weekends * First response during night time (for example: a child feeling sick)

Deerhurst Resort is a family and conference / meeting resort located in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. It holds 400 rooms and suites, many of which are privately owned or blocked by timeshares. The career of singer Shania Twain took off when she was one of the performers working at the resort and the 36th G8 Summit was held at Deerhurst in 2010. Work experience in the following departments; Housekeeping, Banqueting, Front Office and Human Resources

* My responsibilities included: * Processing visa requests, legalization requests and work permits for expats relocating abroad * Managing legalization and visa requests and ensure the deadlines could be met * Establish and maintaining client relationships * Visiting both CIBT Edinburg and CIBT Brussels (For giving training and for support purposes) * Training new employees & giving crosstraining * Conducting Interviews to recruit new employees * Additional tasks requested by the VIP teamleader, which included: noting meeting minutes, visiting clients and embassies, creating SOW's, covering the reception and organizing team outings.
