Project Managment for Business Associate Agreements (BAA's) within Corporate Compliance department.

Responsible for managing, organizing, and streamlining setup and fulfillment of orders. Process requires a detail oriented approach and ability to work both independently and on a team. Quality process improvements are continuously being implemented in order to prevent errors to job results.

Developed marketing material for new product introductions, managed and supported 20 weeks worth of customer events and training programs, trained over 600 customers, dealers, and employees on various equipment, surveyed over 400 dealer sales people to analyze and improve quality of Caterpillar training.

Responsible for educating and advising providers and practice staff in Medicare coding guidelines, focusing on revenue enhancement opportunities. Work in collaboration with other PHP departments and Optum/United HealthCare Medicare Advantage(MA) or other MA plan to develop plans and materials that support education and system changes to meet practice and IPA revenue goals.

Manages development of provider and administrative education and reference materials to support appropriate network utilization and program participation, and implementing change as necessary. Responsible for monitoring service indicators such as access, satisfaction, complaint and education tracking programs. Work with management and staff to benchmark and trend, and serve as project manager for operational improvements.

* Manager of Provider Data Role: * The Manager of Provider Data will manage all provider data loaded into the provider data solution. They will be responsible for developing quality checks, reports, and all other outputs from the provider data tool. * Essential Duties: * Responsible for monitoring data input. * Work closely with credentialing staff to collect accurate information for data entry. * Work closely with contracting to build and load accurate fee schedules. * Oversee quality checks of data output. * Work with networks on quality checks for input.
