Leading, developing and evaluating the quality of teaching,learning and wellbeing in the school, within a positive culture of challenge and support. Developing strong relational trust that enables a professional growth and wellbeing culture for teaching, administrative and support staff to flourish in.

Working closely with in excess of 100 P-12 principals across nine NSW Public School networks to: •support and enhance the professional learning, wellbeing and ongoing capabilities of school leaders. •develop the mindset and capabilities needed to create sustainable leadership practices, and effective schools. •support principals through coaching, mentoring and professional learning activities. •build the skillset needed by principals to lead and manage their schools, and enable strategic school improvement. •assist principals to improve quality teaching in their school, and ensure the progress of all students, in alignment with the School Excellence Policy. •facilitate the development of an evidence-based Strategic Excellence Plan and lead external validation panels.

Providing policy advice and supporting principals across a network of 20 school in the management of contentious issues, and facilitating the provision of timely support in the management of students with complex and challenging needs.
