But for me, it’s never just been about filling a role—it’s about creating a thoughtful, respectful experience for every candidate along the way. I partner closely with hiring managers to really understand what success looks like (not just on paper), and I use a mix of sourcing strategies to find people who aren’t just qualified, but truly aligned.
