Managed the coordination, planning and implementation of Patient Recruitment and Retention support operational plans for global clinical trials. Monitored, tracked and developed the recruitment and retention strategy to optimize recruitment. Delivered training on the strategy and component elements at Investigator Meetings and to CRAs, study coordinators and the study team.
