First responder to a client base of 300 clients in the South Florida area. The support ranged from W2 and taxation questions to payroll processing. I also trained clients on several platforms available.

Administered the payroll processing for an assigned base of the company's 5,000 employees. Processed and reconciled benefits deductions. Prepared all Benefits invoices.

The role of the Human Capital professional is to partner with the customer to evaluate current HR programs and provide recommendations for improvement within the compliance guidelines and best practices. Support customers with all aspects of the life cycle of an employee. In addition, help the client develop benefit funding strategy and facilitate the open enrollment process.
