Global Resources Client, Phase 3 of global SAP implementation Directed team of twelve to convert three years of market-sensitive consolidated financial data into a new global financial reporting system, without which the company cannot accurately disclose financial results to shareholders. Spearheaded the reconciliation approach, originated the business engagement model, and successfully executed both across 24 deployment locations worldwide. Organised and hosted workshops to embed the reconciliation approach within the business, including with senior stakeholders such as the President of Group Reporting.

Global Resources Client, Phase 2 of global SAP implementation Managed teams to integrate the new SAP solution with legacy systems to ensure that business operations at future roll-out sites are not interrupted.

Financial Services Client Developed classroom content and delivered two-day SAP Business Warehouse training sessions to 100 users at five client locations across North America. Designed and deployed end-user SAP Business Warehouse reports, system interfaces, and data warehousing architecture for the Finance Strategy Implementation project.

Global Resources Client, Phase 1 of global SAP implementation Pioneered daily metrics across Finance, Supply, Marketing, and Maintenance work streams to measure business process embedment and stabilisation after Go-Live. Designed all fifteen first-generation finance reports on the new global SAP system, after rationalising over fifty reporting requirements across ten SAP finance modules.

Jenni Lai holds two Bachelor’s degrees, in Finance and Computer Science, from the University of Maryland (U.S.A). She was awarded a full scholarship (top 1 percentile) and graduated with Academic Honors. She also completed a 3-year interdisciplinary program between the Business, Engineering, and Computer Science schools, building skills in process & project improvement, Total Quality Management, and Six Sigma Activities and Societies: Delta Sigma Pi
