Coordinate, manage and present all request for quotations and cost evaluations for new product components and finished goods. Handle all sample and production orders. Work with engineer and R&D team in order to ensure the vendor understands the new product or component requirements. Liaison between the vendor, engineering and R&D Team. Manages the engineering and technical teams in order to ensure they have everything they need to keep project momentum. Also manages the purchasing team during any resource or revision changes of existing products. Ensures all project management and ERP systems are up to date with current information. Working with Marketing on product launch dates. Manages all customer facing price lists as well as creates new product line price lists.

Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered and resolves shipments in error with suppliers. Provide documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates.

Manage supplier relationships and purchasing responsibilities for specific suppliers. Balance inventory levels between the Nevada and Illinois warehouses for the Work Solutions Team.

Working with a Chicago based global healthcare and research company to expand their global supply chain. Analyzing foreign markets to find a cost-competitive location for manufacturing diagnostic instruments. Evaluating the supply chain as a whole; from procurement of parts to the delivery of the product to the consumer. Comparing in-house manufacturing and utilizing a third-party manufacture.
