• Successfully launched my first provincial “Jenna Caira’s Softball Clinic” on January 31, 2016 and January 29, 2017 • Over 100 participants registered and obtained a 40% profit • Secured sponsorship for the facility, free t-shirts and equipment • Promoted softball and Team Canada members living within Ontario by creating a “Fun Facts” portfolio for each instructor • Utilized all major social media platforms to promote the event: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and my personal website • Invited a guest speaker for parents to learn more about strength and conditioning, nutrition and pre-habilitation and re-habilitation for their child in athletics • Provided a 45 minute presentation on "Team Canada's Journey to Gold" and the importance of communication, team work and leadership

Media Relations • Researched, wrote, edited, and published various communications materials (media releases and media alerts) that promoted key programming priorities and partners (e.g. NFL, CFL, Rugby Canada, Skate Canada, etc.) • Wrote new and updated existing biographies for TSN executives and the network’s on-air hosts and reporters • Drafted a dozen sport-specific boilerplates • Researched creative and engaging content for a popular infographic created for the 103rd Grey Cup • Maintained and updated various media lists Talent and Audience Relations • Monitored TweetDeck and Facebook and managed the TSN Audience Relations inbox to track and respond to questions from viewers and deal with emerging issues • Coordinated a 30-second on-air message from TSN’s James Duthie during a Leafs broadcast in support of a long-time viewer battling cancer • Overhauled the archival process for the TSN Audience Relations inbox to improve organization and streamline how the team responds to viewers • Regularly worked with high-profile TSN talent, including Jennifer Hedger and Kate Beirness, to fulfill various autograph requests from fans • Distributed swag bags to TSN talent as a PR stunt to organically promote TSNShop.ca, the network’s online sports store, via talent social media accounts Corporate Communications • Drafted newsletter copy promoting TSNshop.ca to more than 50,000 Bell/Bell Media staff across the country • Curated content for the @TSN_PR account on Twitter and Instagram • Updated the TSN Communications Coordinator Binder Event Management • Assisted with the celebration honouring TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie’s induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame • Part of the team that planned and executed content and logistics for the TSN Year End Town Hall delivered by TSN President Stewart Johnston

• Responsible for all aspects of marketing fall and winter softball clinics targeting prospective student-athletes within North America. • Worked with Active.com to create an informative webpage illustrating camp details, registration forms and payment options. • Assisted in developing camp schedule and framework to provide the highest quality instruction • Established and maintained relationships with prospective student-athletes by providing information about the academic programs and athletic opportunities and hosting them on campus tours

• Created detailed plans and objectives tailored for each player in support of both team and individual goals • Analyzed pitching techniques utilizing digital apps to improve players’ mechanics • Produced a motivational video and constantly reinforced the benefits of positive visualization and mental preparation prior to games that positively impacted player performance
