Land Development Design Engineer worked with both public and private developers in the Orange County, Palm Springs and Los Angeles areas. Specialized in resort and hospitality developments. Assisted in civil storm drain design and construction while spearheading the water quality management plans, LID designs and water quality construction requirements.
