Intake and assessment with expecting and parenting youth who are registering to complete high school. Supporting youth in overcoming barriers towards high school readiness. Administration and ongoing case management for students receiving funding while attending school. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and government personnel. Facilitation of a Financial Literacy Matched Savings program for current students and community clients.

One-on-one support for children and youth, kindergarten to grade six, who are experiencing social, emotional and behavioural concerns. Developing and facilitating group sessions for children and youth based on needs identified by their parents, teachers or school administration. Supporting families and connecting them with appropriate community agencies.

Supporting children and youth, kindergarten to grade nine, who are experiencing social, emotional and behavioural concerns (i.e. anger management; social skills; self-esteem; anxiety). Developing and facilitating group sessions for children and youth based on identified needs within the school setting. Providing families with intervention and support and connecting them with appropriate community agencies. Acting as a liaison between families, school and other community agencies to ensure access and continuity of required services.

Mentoring children in grades one to eight, and acting as a positive adult role model, developing trusting relationships. Producing monthly progress reports; building rapport with school staff members, creating and running a summer recreation program for children ages seven to sixteen.
