I am a part of the Implementation Services team at Epic for the inpatient pharmacy application. As a project manager, I implement, and recommend steps for optimizing, the inpatient pharmacy application. My main responsibilities include conducting meetings with the analyst team and operational leadership, developing project timelines and scope, and executing deliverables. Additionally, I co-lead the optimization program for the inpatient pharmacy application.
