My career began in the aviation and tourism sector, where I worked as a 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 for more than two years. These experiences gave me a well-rounded understanding of both operations and customer experience—insights that continue to shape how I 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀.
