Jeni is Director of the specialist tax advisory office, Baldwins Corporate Services Limited, which recently opened in Loughborough following the rapid expansion of the tax advisory division. Having achieved the highly-coveted accolade of Chartered Tax Advisor, Jeni is also a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and is currently studying towards a qualification within the field of Trust and Estate planning. Jeni specialises in handling ad hoc taxation queries and provides tax mitigation advice across the breadth of the tax arena, including capital gains tax, income tax, corporate taxes, IHT and indirect taxes. Jeni also has a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring, remuneration and exit planning as well as inheritance tax planning, business acquisitions and disposals. Baldwins are of the region’s largest, independent family-owned accountancy firms. Over 150 employees in 8 offices across the Midlands deliver national expertise with local insight.
