To provide support to the Commercial Team. Through running reports, analysis and stock management, ensuring that the right products are in the right place (physical and on-line stores) at the right time, in the right quantities, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profit and reduce stock holding in line with the Frasers strategy.

My duties here included general day to day office duties, such as handling all post, emails and phone calls with professionalism. Other duties included filing in chronological and alphabetical order. I was also required to deal with PROOF OF DELIVERY paperwork for all haulage loads to large and important contacts such as ASDA and Tesco. This meant I had to ensure the correct paperwork gets to the correct customer in the required time frame via email or post, whatever their specification. This role called for attention to detail as there was no room for errors. I gained valuable IT experience in Microsoft Excel, TruckCom and more.
