Jen Mullowney

Open to creative, content, and project-based opportunities where storytelling and execution come together. I’m a photographer and visual storyteller focused on capturing real human connection. My work is rooted in the belief that people want to feel seen whether that’s in a portrait, a moment, or a story that reflects something true about who they are. I’m drawn to the in-between moments, the subtle expressions, and the interactions that often go unnoticed but say the most. My path into creative work wasn’t traditional. Before photography, I spent over 16 years managing complex projects in the telecommunications industry. That experience taught me how to lead, communicate clearly, and bring structure to fast-moving environments—skills that now shape how I approach every creative project. Today, I work across portrait, editorial, and documentary-style photography, and I also create educational content as an influencer for Adorama. I’ve contributed photography and writing to the 42 West Blog and have been featured through Printique. I’m especially interested in work that combines creativity, communication, and execution, whether that’s through content creation, collaboration, or leading projects that bring ideas to life. At the core of everything I do is a simple goal: to create work that feels honest, human, and meaningful.
