Summer Internee & Junior Research Analyst - Study of chromatin, complexity of DNA and the proteins that make up chromosomes and how chromatin structure controls essential processes that take place on DNA - Analyze the structure of proteins and protein-receptor complexes that control the immune system's response to disease. Building on the principles learned from these studies, they also participate in a collaborative project to design proteins for a vaccine to prevent AIDS - Study tumor formation in mice to better understand how environmental and genetic factors interact to cause cancer. They also work to develop simple blood tests for early cancer detection by discovering biomarkers, the proteins that signal the earliest traces of disease

* Delegating the R & D Department to devise and carry out the objectives and development plan for technical development and application * Planning direction for research, putting together self-directed teams of scientists, meeting with business managers, generating revenue and managing costs * Formulating and carrying out the technical bylaw and detailed rules * Leading the R & D trial according to the market trends and requirement * Being responsible for development and innovation of products , creating and implementing the quality system, the standardization and quantitative management of the company
