- Team Leadership: Lead a skilled team of 6 maintenance technicians, electrical and mechanical. Participate in engineering team of Chevron lubricant plants in Europe, Middle East and Asia. - Maintenance Strategy: Led the integration and improvement of an SAP CMMS system in GBP plant. - Budget Oversight: Administer the annual maintenance budget, implementing cost-saving initiatives that have lowered expenses by 15% while maintaining optimal equipment performance. - Process Optimization: Introduced pump rate improvements via Lean Six Sigma. - Safety & Compliance: Rolled out LOTO including training of all personnel involved. - Project Management: Managed €2 million in facility improvements, completing projects on time and within budget, allowing to produce more volume and higher complexity of products. - Sustainability: Implemented initiatives for greener energy and lower consumption. Continuously improving and electrifying the equipment and facilities. Installing PV (10% of total yearly electricity consumption). Participating in VOKA initiatives. - Waste management: Selected to share one of our waste management initiatives in the Chevron Corporate Sustainability Report of 2023.

As a Technical Superintendent, I helped to make sure that the vessels in the offshore fleet were technically operational at all times. My main tasks and responsibilities included: - Coordinating multiple technical maintenance and repair works. - Verifying reports, repair lists and request forms. - Reserving dry docks and contacting local subcontractors. - Preparing and follow up of repair periods (up to €1.8 million). - Keep an eye on stock management. - Responsible for realisation of a mobilisation or demobilisation. - Motivating vessel and yard technical personnel. Vessels I worked on: - Jack-up vessels: Vole au Vent, MPI Adventure - Cable lay installation vessels: Isaac Newton (10.700 ton capacity) - Trenchers: Jet trencher PT1, Trenching ROV UTV1200, Intertidal Trenching Vehicle Moonfish - Subsea rock installation vessels: Simon Stevin (31.500 ton capacity), Pompeï (1.350 ton capacity), Tiger (3.700 ton capacity) - Multi purpose vessels: Daniel Bernoulli (5.950 ton capacity), Adhémar de Saint-Venant (5.950 ton capacity) - Hopper dredger: Al-Idrisi (7.500m3 capacity)
