Started as Product Marketing and Development Manager, creating and executing direct-response marketing, tradeshow and industry events, online marketing and development of company brand standards. Later promoted to Director of Client Services, overseeing and managing of all aspects of client communications and education, including company website, direct mail and eDM, educational webinar program, and development of on-site training program. In both roles I managed teams of 1-4 employees.

Managed content development for George Mason University’s RN-to-BSN on-line e-learning website, as well as development of print and digital marketing materials for the program. Appointed User Interface Design team lead, developing organizational standards for UI design.

The job of many hats! Advanced through a series of promotions, culminating in a multi-functional role as project manager of online and digital marketing. I was cross-trained on website architecture development and best practices, web writing, and web programming (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).

Developed, implemented and managed all aspects of marketing and communications for global IT firm’s eProcurement product and supply chain services. Marketing efforts included: developing and managing annual marketing plan, developing internal and external IMC campaigns, PR and industry analyst outreach, content development, competitive analysis, and developing two online information and resource portals (one internal, one external). Managed team of one.
