Job Duties • Verifies the availability of vacant positions • Communicates with recruitment agencies locally and internationally • Deals with special and urgent requests • Dealing with Manpower Planning Department for creation the position • Request for CVs from Candidate Assessment Centre or screening • Collects Cvs and reviews them to match the job description • Authenticates the qualifications as per approved from related government body • Attend the interviews • Prepares the job offer and sets the salary based on the position • Submits to the senior managements seeking for final approval • Communicates with candidate to sign the initial job offer and prepares medical check up • Coordinate with government relation for governmental requirements • Prepares the contract prior to candidate start work • Prepares weekly reports and weekly status reports • Performs other job related duties as required
