Integrated Solutions in Health Care (ISHC), founded by Jeff Wilson and Steve Friedman evolved from their “client-consultant” collaboration at Genzyme where they led a $200M business transformation. ISHC was created to assist senior healthcare executives through challenges and opportunities within the current ACA-driven health care environment. Mr. Wilson’s broad healthcare background at Deloitte, Unisys and Andersen Consulting and Mr. Friedman's experience leading provider, device and pharmaceutical organizations are the basis for ISHC's services. ISHC differentiates itself from typical consulting organizations through its approach, services, solutions and tools. A key feature of TLC is ISHC’s Red-to-Green (RTG) methodology which evaluates the risk and quality of client’s portfolios/programs/projects and formulates a roadmap leading to success. Key ISHC service capabilities include: - Strategic visioning and transformation planning - Portfolio formulation, sequencing and prioritization - Resource analysis and sourcing strategies - Executive coaching - Financial and operational risk assessment - Vendor management/optimization - Program management - Enterprise Systems Implementations and Technology Solutions For more complete information visit the ISHC website at www.isihc.com
