Estimated and managed multi-million-dollar civil projects: concrete infrastructure, asphalt parking lots, roadways, and highway work. Worked with industry-standard tools like Bid2Win and Bluebeam Revu daily, but saw firsthand that even companies doing it right still lacked a platform built specifically for how paving contractors think about risk, trucking, and tonnage. That gap is what PAVR was built to close.

Full-cycle project ownership from customer acquisition through estimating, crew management, and invoicing on residential, commercial, and multi-million-dollar civil projects. Built internal process improvements that cut estimating turnaround time, the early seeds of what became PAVR.

Hands-on estimating and operations for a dedicated paving contractor. Managed the full bid lifecycle, takeoffs, pricing, crew coordination, invoicing, and collections.

Started shoveling, raking, and doing labor before moving up to running skid steers, rollers, pavers, and excavators. Promoted to estimator and project manager within 3 months. Built my first automated Excel estimating system to replace the manual process, my first attempt at solving the problem PAVR now solves properly. Seven years here is where I learned paving from the ground up, literally.

Managed enterprise IT infrastructure, network administration, and technology strategy. The technical foundation that later made building a SaaS platform possible.
