* Worked with Prof. Safavi-Naeini to setup his new laboratory at Stanford. This involved: * designing the lab space with Prof. Safavi-Naeini and the architectural firm, and was his on-site representative before he arrived in September 2015 * oversaw the lab construction, and met with the construction firm weekly on progress and troubleshooting * evaluated and purchased equipment for the lab * trained all the new graduate students in fabrication, laboratory, and experimental skills
