Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials. Provides routine administrative support. Receiving bids over fax or through the mail. Entering and recording vendor submissions. Preparing bid responses. Contacting vendors or using catalogs to conduct pricing comparisons for materials. Performing record keeping, follow-up and reporting activities on organizational purchases.

Assemble and install Trent engine such as upper/lower splitter, engine mount, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools. Support UK Rolls Royce for Trent 900/1000 Participate in First Article Inspection (FAI) for Process Proving Engines. Follow instruction when assemble the parts (MES) or (ACS) Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical/engineering drawing and other specifications Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment. Troubleshooting of technical rectification Check for corrosion, distortion, and invisible cracks at all time (visual inspection) Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations. Disassemble engines, and inspect parts for corrosion, wear, warping, cracks, and leaks. Communicate with other workers to coordinate fitting and alignment of heavy parts, or to facilitate processing of parts.
