Launched Modulate’s Public Sector from a zero-baseline, building strategy, market entry, and operational capability across federal, state, and local customers for Modulate's groundbreaking technologies. Implemented compliance posture, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution. Developed a sustainable law enforcement, defense, intelligence, and B2B sales pipeline.

Led a Squad of Special Agents, Task Force Officers, and Support Employees in our missions of Civil Aviation Security, Maritime Security, Rail and Pipeline Security, Criminal, Counterterrorism, and Weapons of Mass Destruction threat investigations, Special Agent Bomb Technician, and one of America's few improvised nuclear device response team programs. Served as Program Coordinator for Washington State's WMD operations. Supervised a Special Weapons and Tactics Team that safely and effectively conducted high risk operations across the state as well as FBI Seattle's Special Operations Group and aviation program.

Counterterrorism Advanced Projects Unit, Counterterrorism Division. Pioneered the FBI’s use of advertising technology for investigations and operations as documented in the book, “Means of Control” https://bit.ly/3RwLSlG Managed a $1.2M program as the FBI’s representative to the Joint Special Operations Command, CIA, DIA, and NSA. Founding member of the FBI-CIA Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance working group. Taught open source intelligence and social media investigative techniques to over 2500 students at the FBI Academy, FBI Field Offices, National Academy, National Executive Institute, EUROPOL, INTERPOL, and United Nations. Created human intelligence (HUMINT) tradecraft and covert communications techniques. Instructed them at the FBI’s Domestic HUMINT Training Center, Counterintelligence Training Center, and partner agency venues.

Conducted domestic and foreign intelligence operations recruiting and operating sources on a HUMINT Squad. Worked with US and foreign intelligence agencies domestically and abroad.

Conducted gang and drug investigations utilizing sophisticated techniques such as wiretaps and other electronic surveillance methods that resulted in multiple convictions. Served as the FBI member of the Northern Virginia Gang Task Force, and Prince William County Narcotics Task Force.

Assigned to the personnel security squad for the FBI’s second-largest Field Office conducting background investigations, including those of Presidential nominees, pre-polygraph interviews, security awareness briefings, and security violation and compliance investigations.

First FBI detailee to a joint, unacknowledged, waived, exempt, Presidential National Special Access Program. Dual direct report to an SES-6 Presidential appointee and the Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI's Washington Field Office. Created and briefed catastrophic contingency plans to agency heads across all three Branches. Developed an expertise in Continuity of Operations, Continuity of Government, and Enduring Constitutional Government matters. Tour extended for an additional year at the request of the host agency.

Assigned to the Field Intelligence Group upon graduation from the FBI Academy. Conducted intelligence collection and liaison operations. SWAT Team assaulter, rappel master, and communications officer. Temporary detailee to the United State National Central Bureau of INTERPOL.

Led a 76 man Reconnaissance company through training and multiple deployments.

Planned and managed all aspects of a Brigadier General's schedule, travel, and correspondence.
