* GaltGrid * s goal was to produce a renewable-energy micro-grid to be used in targeted regions of un-electrified India. We successfully devised a system to utilize a single source for grid financing, construction, and operation. We were ready to begin pilot production but were unable to obtain financing to continue this effort. * Initiated, planned and developed scope, technical specifications, and quality management plan for company offerings * Performed cost analysis for preliminary pricing and began sourcing physical parts needed for first customers * Identified product deliverables, work packages, and resources needed to complete the work within scope and budget * Managed team to establish and meet schedule with key milestones to reach market within the opportunity window * Identified and met with potential customers to determine market needs and product fit

* Facilitated and performed all activities for identification and resolution of technical and procedural issues for high priority projects. * Brought up, debugged and validated hardware, firmware, and software for networking systems with throughputs of 5Tbps, port speeds of 100Gbps copper, and 16Gbps fiber-optic * Developed and conducted electrical design validation tests on the latest network and data center systems * Wrote procedure, ran, and automated tests for hardware, signal integrity, and firmware bring-up and validation * Tested copper (100Gbps), fiber optic (16gbps), and network (5Tbps) protocols and signal integrity * Lead team of technicians to support software, firmware, and hardware development teams * Worked with third-party field engineersto fix problems, and to aid integration with the newest Cisco standards and OS
