As a career physician management strategist, I’ve had the very good fortune of building a robust collection of broad and successful experiences coupled with a very well stocked rolodex of relationships in the industry. My portfolio uniquely spans traditional health care delivery (Tufts Medicine, Sutter Health), population health (NEQCA) and retail health upstarts (CVS Minute Clinic). My journey in health care continues as the founder and CEO of PHYSICIAN GROWTH ADVISORS. It is incredibly satisfying to trace the choices and fortunate turns I have made that have brought me to where I am right now. Little did I know, when I started my career as a Medical Services Corps Officer in the Air Force, that my decisions would result in so many amazing opportunities to help physicians and others care for their patients. As I demonstrated at Sutter Health, Blue Cross of Massachusetts, CVS/pharmacy, Pfizer, New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA), Tufts Medical Center and Tufts Medicine – my expertise lies in the ability to inspire and lead physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other team members so they may focus on providing the best possible care to patients and their families.
