Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I have called Florida my home since 1972. After graduating from Duke University, I relocated to the Tampa Bay area, and in 1999, my wife Debbie and I settled in Naples. After 20 years as an Information Systems professional, I switched gears to become a hands-on entrepreneur, owning and operating several customer service and retail businesses. My experience has provided me with much intuitiveness when working with people–especially important for a realtor–and the most valuable lesson I've learned is to listen–really listen to my customers. Then, armed with knowledge of their needs and desires, I use leading-edge technology to provide the most appropriate solutions to best achieve their goals.
