I’m on a mission to make better health simple and accessible. In my early twenties, I struggled with acne, asthma, and IBS. Eating a conventional high-sugar, high-carb diet wasn’t working for me. Then a medical professional introduced me to an ancestrally inspired, real-food diet, free from refined sugar, grains, and inflammatory seed oils, and it transformed my health. My co-founder and wife, Amy, has been a lifelong coeliac. She’s always paid close attention to food labels and has been shocked by how many everyday foods are packed with added sugars, preservatives, and unrecognisable ingredients. Those experiences became our turning point. We realised that real, nutrient-dense food, rich in healthy fats, quality proteins, and simple, recognisable ingredients, is the foundation of better health. But finding convenient, trustworthy products to live that way was almost impossible. That’s why, in 2017, we launched Hunter & Gather to make it easier to live that way every day. Our range of everyday staples, condiments, and supplements is made with premium, natural ingredients, so you can make healthier choices with confidence, knowing they’ve been created with quality, integrity, and your long-term health in mind.
