* Backcountry.com is an online retailer that specializes in high end outdoor recreation gear for hiking, camping, cycling, rock climbing, snow sports, and more. We currently operate various E-commerce websites including Steapandcheap.com, WhiskeyMilitia.com, ChainLove.com, and recently acquired Motosport.com. * Supervised 5 sub-departments including receiving, OEM receiving, returns, vendor shipping regulation and inventory control. * Supervised up to 35 employees during busy season. * Managed daily payroll for 20 employees. * Supervised on average 75K units received weekly. * Responsible for quarterly review process. * Part of hiring and termination processes. * Active member of the Backcountry.com Green Team.

* The Neighbor to Neighbor Energy Challenge is an innovative, community-based program funded by a $4.17 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy. The program will engage residents in 14 towns across the state of Connecticut to help them reduce energy consumption in their homes by 20%. * Team leader in public speaking and outreach. * Designed, facilitated, advertised, presented, and recorded data at numerous workshops in * conservation, energy efficiency, and solar technology. * Managed inventory and operations for a lighting upgrade program in 14 towns through out CT. * 3 education credits in efficient lighting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. * Excellent knowledge and experience with CT incentives, rebates, and contractors. * Responsible for customer service and served as a liaison from customer to contractor. * Volunteer recruitment through out the state of CT. * Responsible for database management in Salesforce.

* Worked alongside GIS specialist, Wythe County wastewater engineers, town engineers, emergency * personal coordinators, town administrator, and sheriff's department. * Mapped water and sewage lines, located man holes, designed emergency evacuation routes, * surveyed house and property boundaries * Technologies utilized: GIS, GPS, Arc Map, Delorme Topo.
