About

I am a strategic leader, researcher, and data-driven problem solver working at the intersection of health, leadership, and equity. My work centers on advancing inclusive leadership, improving institutional structures, and fostering sustainable growth in research and professional settings. I explore how organizations develop talent, navigate change, and address systemic challenges that impact both individuals and communities. At the Georgia Center for Diabetes Translation Research (GCDTR), I lead initiatives that expand NIH-funded research, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance operational efficiency. In addition to my work at GCDTR, I am pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University, focusing on leadership and organizational development, data and analytics, and learning and design.
