Through a servant-leader approach, inclusive collaboration, and with a deep belief in continuous learning and improvement, I guide strong construction project management teams through complex and technical projects. I strive to positively impact efficiency and resilience, ensuring sustainable building occupancies, and reducing overall facility operational costs for our clients. In turn this contributes to overall effectiveness, reputation and mission of the University of Washington. My ambition is to radically advance management of complex lab and healthcare projects. Our organization’s physical assets are critical to advancing our mission. Leading initiatives to grow UW asset information exchange efforts then guiding staff on implementation is a critical initiative I’m proud to lead. It moves us closer to delivering innovative stewardship with maximum cooperation between the project owner, design teams, builders and facility operators.
