As an experienced IT service leader and U.S. Air Force veteran, I’ve built a career leading high-performing teams, managing large-scale support operations, and delivering user-focused technology solutions that actually work for people. For more than 20 years, I’ve led technology operations across K–12 education, higher education, and public sector environments - managing IT support teams, modernizing infrastructure, improving service delivery, and leading organization-wide transitions in systems, tools, and culture.
