I started at SEGA Europe as Traffic Coordinator responsible for the Project management and scheduling for the Creative Services & Multimedia Lab Teams. This covers scheduling, assigning & monitoring the workload and workflow of 5 designers & 3 video suite editors. After 2 years I was promoted to Traffic Manager – this involved setting up a new Traffic team within SEGA and my role now also involves managing a team of 3 Traffic Coordinators who traffic all schedules for the Brand & Marketing Teams.
