* Dell Corporate – OEM Industry Solutions Group UK * Provide answers to customer inquiries concerning system software/hardware, applications and/or services. * Provide software/hardware development and/or consultation to prospective customers. Pilot build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping. * Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations and/or data requires a review of identifiable factors. * Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. * Responsible for development of customized OEM solutions outside of the Dell normal process. Including custom BIOS, customized bezels, complete rework of Dell kit to fit customer’s product to go to market. * Continue to foster key partnerships with vendors such as Commvault, Veritas, Emerson Network Power, VMware, EMC, Citrix, BAE, and numerous others to increase enterprise revenue.
