- Oversee all aspects of the job site as it relates to residential construction - Manage the home construction process from dirt to closing in under 120 days - Supervise construction of 40-50 homes ranging from 1,100-3,300 square feet - Inspect daily contractor activities to ensure home is on schedule and ready for the next task - Establish and maintain contact with city officials and inspectors - Monitor extra purchase orders to keep overall cost to a minimum - Prepare punch-lists for each home and make sure that all items have been completed - Responsible for presentation and cleanliness of the homes in the subdivision - Conduct walk-thru home orientations with buyers before the closing date
