Twenty years of military service and experience working in high technology environments which center on unique intelligence systems, operations, processes, and resources. Career resulted in diverse and practical management and leadership experience directing military and civilian personnel.

Focuses on performing financial statement audits performance audits, service provider audits, examinations and financial management consulting services related to audit readiness and compliance engagements for the Federal Government.

Partner with Government organizations, particularly in the Intelligence Community, supporting financial improvement and audit readiness. Also, deliver strategic planning and general management consulting.

Supports the functional effort for a major upgrade to a government agency Financial Management System. Responsible for providing guidance to junior business analysts and coordinating customer work sessions to gather and document requirements. Translate business requirements into test scripts; develops and executes automated and manual tests against developed systems and reports, and documents results. Troubleshoot to determine the source of system errors; finds and logs system defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure. Develop subject matter expertise for assigned components and exercises that expertise in support of technical activities.
