Had responsibility for standard product support: engineering design updates and improvements, manufacturing design change request, and product quality issues for existing products. Managed the design, testing, implementation, and any obsolescence required with changes.

Responsible for research regarding design and development of two-stage hydraulic transmission for skid loader. Design and drafted product components on ProE, worked with suppliers for new manufacturing technology, and coordinated directly with overseas designer / drafter team working on the project.

Managed test program and design improvements for Graco redesigned NXT air motor and pump lower. Structured test procedures to ensure product safety, drafted product design changes, and verified potential design updates through FEA and ability to manufacture.
