Accounts payable department for UPS gateway operations across the globe for jet fuel and its associated services. Resolving discrepancies with vendor invoices and continual accounting of fuel inventory of UPS.

Front line supervisor role included management of 6-8 part-time and full-time union employees. Time management, attention to detail, and focus on processing work loads with time constraints. The position was in the UPS Worldport Freight Facility including outbound truck docks and the package service center for damaged shipments. I was responsible for training, record keeping, and confidential issues like FMLA.

Package handler at the largest UPS sorting facility in the world. 6 years of time management with a focus on safety and effienciently moving packages of all sizes.

UPS CMC (Capacity Management Center). This position involved taking air cargo bookings from outside vendors. I communicated with UPS gateways around the world, UPS cargo sales team, and other internal contacts to make sure the cargo bookings would move through the system as smoothly as possible.

Processing weekly payroll for UPS flight dispatchers. Also other associated reporting for UPS management in regard to UPS Airlines mechanics. Strong attention to detail is required while sticking to strict deadlines in processing and resolving issues.
