As the Youth Pastor I am responsible for the development and oversight of all Calvary Chapel Auburn’s ministries to junior high and senior high youth groups, with the goal that our youth will experience the love of Jesus, while being taught the reality of God’s Word, to encourage them to make Jesus the foundation of their life, and accept Him as their Lord and Savior, and that they will continue to grow in His knowledge and grace through the study of His Word and relationships within the body. As Administrative Pastor I am under the direction of the senior pastor to implement the vision, mission, and core values of Calvary Chapel Auburn. I am responsible to give oversight to all ministries and their volunteers, to assist and plan church events, to ensure proper oversight of the facilities, and the oversight of all daily activities. As well as performing in a pastoral role, which includes disciplining, counseling, funerals, weddings and teaching Bibles studies.
