Jeff Koz is the President and Co-Founder of Dr. Norm’s, California’s leading cannabis baked goods brand, known for its exceptional taste, precise dosing, and innovative products. Alongside sister Roberta Wilson, Jeff has grown the brand to include over 35 SKUs, available in 500+ retailers statewide. Recognized as innovators, they developed California’s only fast-acting nano and solventless hash rosin-infused baked goods lines. Dr. Norm’s honors their parents’ lifelong healthcare legacy—the real Dr. Norm and mom Audrey, a pharmacist and prolific baker. Their first product was Audrey’s original chocolate chip cookie recipe—they just added a little weed! Guided by a passion for health and innovation, Jeff and Roberta expanded to launch Dr. Norm’s Wellness, offering science-backed products like their popular SleepWell and FeelWell lines addressing sleep, pain relief, stress, and anti-aging. Their Wellness product lines have expanded to include gummies, vapes, oral tablets and more. Before Dr. Norm’s Jeff enjoyed a successful career as a music composer, producer, and instrumentalist, crafting hundreds of award-winning soundtracks and collaborating with iconic artists over 3 decades. A proud father of two girls, Jeff enjoys golf, fitness, and chess in his free time.
