Manage production schedules through completion with Procure software and weekly updates Schedule local and state inspections as required Manage and oversee subcontractors Ensure projects are finished within budget and on schedule Review plans and specifications for each project and notify owners of any future conflicts Review submittals for each project to ensure it meets client’s expectations Work with material suppliers to ensure products are delivered within timely fashion Work with equipment companies to ensure equipment are available when needed Conducts weekly safety meetings to ensure job site and subcontractors are compliant with OSHA

Ability to schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety, health, and environmental quality standards Schedule field inspections with owners to ensure expectations are met or exceeded Schedule all required inspections required with local and state jurisdictions Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals Identify any conflicts prior to delays to ensure project stays on schedule Ensure subcontractors and vendors have fully executed contracts in regards to jobs or supplies being performed Maintain weekly logs to ensure job tracking Ability to run and manage duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously Lead weekly meetings to ensure safety for site, job scope and schedule stays on track and expectations of the clients are met. Ensure job site is kept neat and organized to ensure safety for workers, clients and their guest. Generate job progress and completion punch list reports to ensure completion and client expectations are met.

Construction liaison for all housing projects including the completion of a 30-unit apartment project to house homeless Veterans of Florida Solicit the services of outside contractors and suppliers for special projects; obtain and evaluate bids and supervise the performance and completed projects Train and oversee a maintenance team for all of the properties through a broad range of skills and trades: carpentry, plumbing, roofing, air conditioning, electrical, painting and mechanic, landscaping Exercise independent discretion in managing employees including recruiting, hiring and training Risk Management Committee Chairman Facilitate/ manage safety at all properties through monthly fire drills and facility checks Maintain building safety permits and certificates at all facilities: scheduling various building health and fire inspections through the State of Florida, five counties and seven cities Oversee fleet of 35 vehicles: schedule routine maintenance and/or repairs for mechanical or body damage
