As the CEO and Founder of MedEncentive, a digital health company that provides SaaS solutions to payers proven to improve health outcomes in a manner that lowers healthcare costs, I have over 25 years of experience in leading and growing successful businesses in a competitive and complex industry. During this time, I have received multiple patents and awards for my innovative and impactful work in the field of health reform My mission is to improve population health and make quality healthcare more affordable and accessible. To accomplish this feat, I invented a web-based platform that financially rewards both doctors and patients for holding each other accountable for incorporating “information therapy” to enhance health literacy with each care encounter by educating, motivating, and empowering patients to better self care. My invention, the Trilateral Health Accountability Model, has been independently validated to solve the Quadruple Aim of better health, better healthcare, lower costs, and doctor/patient satisfaction, in a scalable, sustainable, and expeditious fashion. I am passionate about leveraging human factors engineering, behavioral science, web technology, and creativity to deliver value to my clients, employees, partners, and stakeholders.
