-Utilize various tools and systems to source for passive candidates including: LinkedIn, Seekout, Beamery. -Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. -Collaborate closely with Talent Delivery Partners to understand job requirements and team dynamics. -Engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. -Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements and sourcing strategies.

-Conduct high volume of phone interviews daily -Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with many various hiring leads -Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring they are spoken to within the allotted timeframe -Source candidates using various different tools: iCIMS, LinkedIn -Build relationships with different teams and hiring leads throughout the hiring process
