Presented white paper analysis on "Concrete Forming and Placement Efficiency" for the South End Zone Project at the University of Oklahoma as final paper. Study was focused on production improvements regarding materials, forming systems, equipment,sequencing and labor usage for large scale CIP project. The study employed time-lapse photography of the project over a eight month period for data capture. Study identified opportunities that yielded 12% reduction of cost and 15% reduction in time over approach utilized. Study was presented to University faculty and General Contractor.
